And from last night, at CBS News Los Angeles, "Armed Parolee In Hostage Situation Says He Loves His Daughters And Is Sorry."
Apparently, the victim's family "took in" the parolee "several weeks ago" when he told them he needed help. Lesson learned: Don't take in parolees.
